Q. If we do not
see what we need on KlearFlex Kiosks'
sight can we get a custom case designed?
A. Yes, that is our specialty. KlearFlex
Kiosks creates
unique custom kiosks.
These systems are not only
functional but unique in the industry. So don’t hesitate to consult
with us for your special application.

Q. Aren’t custom cabinets excessive in cost?
A. No we charge a small design fee which will be deducted from your
first order.
Q. What materials
can we use in our design?
A. KlearFlex Kiosks
has the capability to use many different materials such as: wood,
metal and acrylic.

Q. Can we get different
variations of your standard product built for us?
A. Yes, you can start with a standard product and customize
the features you need. Making
changes in the case or in the equipment that you need to accomplish the
roll out of your product.
Q. What is the Warranty on your kiosks?
A. Our normal Warranty is 12 months, you ship the system
back to us and we will repair within
4 days and ship it back. There are also other options for repairs.
Please contact the
KlearFlex
Kiosks for those option. We
also have full on sight service agreements
for your remote applications (see Services page)
Q. What are the many options available on the kiosk ?
A. Different sizes and brightness of LCD panels, touch screens,
keyboards, printers, biometric
devices, card readers, bar code scanners and floor stand table top
kiosk stands.

A. That is correct, there are many options on the market today.
KlearFlex Kiosks offers
systems that will fit your application. Whether you are looking for a
single signage system or a system for multiple locations, we can help.

Q. Does KlearFlex
Kiosks sell different sizes of signs?
A. Yes, if you
don’t find it on our sight, we can review your needs and provide you
with a sign that will fit your application.
Q. Everyone keeps talking about players for the signs, what
are they and why do we need one? And why do they seem to be so
expensive?
A. There are numerous types of players for digital signage. Once
you have determined what you want your sign to look like and how
It will function, then we can recommend a specific player that will
meet your needs.
Most players range in prices from $400.00 on up to over
$1,000.00 each. The applications may have multiple sings with
the same output, with discreet output or may include touch
interactivity. We offer all of these options.
Q. What
about content?
A. Once you know where you want to place your signs, there
is nothing more Important then actual content this is the “meat”
of your digital signage system. There are many factors, which need to
be considered when deciding content.
